More Head Shots & My Outfit Of The Day

You may recall on Valentine's Day I was lucky enough to be invited along to Gemini-Woman to try on some of their gorgeous new SS14 collection.

So today I thought I'd share with you the remaining photos from my photo shoot, which also clearly show the fringe nightmare (now named fringegate) I was suffering with on the day!!!

Now I've made no secret of my love of navy for Spring/Summer & as strong as pastels are for the coming season there are also some gorgeous bright colours coming through too, which are fab for teaming with navy.  One of them being this gorgeous coral pink, which has to be one of my favourite colours ever as it looks so stunning with a variety of colours, denim, navy, grey & white to name a few & just instantly makes me feel brighter & happier whenever I wear it.  However if you're not sure about wearing such a strong colour then you could start with one of these fab Sandwich Clothing scarves as they really will instantly add a stunning splash of colour to an outfit.

Not being one to wear that much patterned clothing (apart from the old leopard print of course!!!) I have to admit I'm loving the subtle small pattern to these Great Plains trousers & Avoca top.  A great way of easing yourself in gently if you're also not a great pattern wearer & also perfect for teaming with lots of different coloured tops & accessories too.  Plus how divine are these stunning nude court shoes - just perfection.

Outfit Six

Moving onto more of a neutral colour scheme now & I especially love the sparkly detail to this InWear t-shirt & for anyone still sitting with me on the trainer fence then how about these beauties from Kennel & Schmenger?  A gorgeous neutral colour that's going to go with everything plus isn't too out there or distracting from your outfit.

Outfits Nine & Ten

And finishing with these Bet-tastic monochrome outfits, the second of which shows how you can mix things up a bit by adding a great splash of colour.  And don't even get me started on the stunning leopard print loafers from H B Shoes, I haven't been able to get these babies out of mind since trying them on!!!!

Outfit Twelve

Scarf - Gemini-Woman

Finishing with this gorgeous top, also from Gemini-Woman that I couldn't stop myself from buying.  Such an elegant design & I just love the way it drapes across the neckline not to mention the button detailing down the back too, in fact I'm wearing it today in my outfit post below!

So what do you think?  Do you have a favourite outfit?  Perhaps like me you have a favourite brighter colour you look forward to wearing now the sun has started to make a more regular appearance.  If so which colour instantly lifts you?

Have a great day & see you tomorrow.

  1. Fabulous photos and I love how you have styled these outfits. I must admit I love a good pattern, so I really like the printed trousers, scarves and tops.

Great Plains and Sandwich have some lovely pieces. Outfit eight is lovely with the FC jumper and pastel jeans and I love Outfit Five with the Great Plains top and trousers x
