Holiday Essentials In The M&S Flash Sale

Gosh two posts in one day but seriously I HAD to share this flash sale with you as from 8pm tonight till 8am tomorrow morning Marks & Spencer have 20% off all womens swimwear & beachwear.    So the perfect time to treat yourself to a new bikini or swimsuit not to mention beach cover up ready for the summer hols :-)

M&S is always my first port of call when looking at swimwear as I just know that it's not going to disappoint with quality & fit.  Plus there'll be no awkward moments of leaving said swimwear behind in the pool - a huge fear of mine it has to be said, can you imagine?!!!

So without further ado here's my edit of swimwear & beachwear that has caught my eye & will look effortlessly stylish this summer.

Starting with this lovely monochrome floral swimsuit, just so elegant & stylish.  Plus if you prefer you can ditch the strap too!

Love the ruched style & colour of this next swimsuit.  The fact that it has tummy control as well is just an additional plus.  I remember seeing a lady in a similar swimsuit on holiday a couple of years ago & it really was eye catching for all the right reasons.

Of if you prefer to keep to less bright colours then this tummy control monochrome swimsuit could be just for you.  Again it can be made strapless & for me just says understated style.

This mesh panelled number has also caught my eye.  Obviously you would need to wear suncream under the mesh but this would look extremely classy teamed with a simple panama & no worrying about anything coming undone or popping out ;-)

You can never go wrong with a simple black number, which as with a little black dress is never going to date & will always look very chic.

Moving onto beach cover ups now & this striped dress would also make a fab addition for wearing at home & teaming with a denim jacket.  Personally I'd ditch the rope belt & wear as a shift dress as I think it doesn't need the distraction of the belt but each to their own.

Love this simple kaftan, especially the plunging neckline.  How stunning would this look when worn over swimwear to go down to the beach/pool or even the beach bar after a day chilling in the sun.

Can't believe I haven't spotted this next embroidered beach dress before.  Again perfect for holidays or at home & I love the jade green embroidery against the white, which would look stunning with a tan.

Moving onto harem trousers, which would make the perfect item to travel in - cool, comfy & stylish.

Or if you prefer a more tapered leg.

And finally how about this striped maxi dress again perfect for dressing up or down & being monochrome an item that's not going to date or go out of fashion not to mention a great colour for hiding any marks if you've got little ones.

Of course there are lots more beauties online, so are you tempted to take a peak?!

I've just noticed that I've stuck to a bit of a monochrome theme with my picks, which wasn't the intention when I started compiling my list of temptations but if you were to be looking for a few additions this summer then this would be a great way of being able to create a few different outfits from a handful of items as they can all be mixed & matched.

Right I'm off to flex my flexible friend & grab my sizes before they run out.  I'd love to hear if you're tempted by the flash sale after all 20% saved means added money to the holiday fund ;-)  But remember the offer ends at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning.

See you today with my OOTD.
