New Outfit Post - Styling a Shirt Dress

Decided to give my new Zara shirt dress an outing today.  I'm not keen on the belt that came with the dress so I've taken off this off & have instead teamed it with an old black wrap around belt & then accessorised with some gold jewellery, tan accessories & my navy Boden boots (excuse the creases dress had been squashed between a couple of things in the wardrobe & I haven't had time *couldn't be bothered* to iron it!

Dress - Zara
Necklace - bought in Majorca
Belt - Zara
Mac - Massimo Dutti
Bracelet - J Crew
Bag - Clarks
Boots - Boden

Navy & Tan

Dress - Zara £39.99
Boots - Boden £119

So have you given a shirt dress a go yet & if so how are you wearing yours?

Busy day for me today, a full on day with work & then we're starting to look at sixth form colleges for our son tonight....where does the time go?!  It doesn't seem that long ago from when I was crying on his first day at first school :-(

Happy Thursday & see you tomorrow.

  4. I haven't liked any of the shirt dresses I've seen, but this one is gorgeous and I love how you've styled it! Is it denim? I think the looser, silkier materials don't work so well with this style. xxx

    1. It's a very light weight denim Emma so it's not too stiff & falls nicely if that makes sense!
