The Fab 40s Do Formal Holiday Wear

Morning ladies it's that time of the month again when the Fab 40s get together to show you how we each interpret a theme to our particular style.

This month is was the lovely Dixie's turn to choose the theme & our guest blogger.  Dixie chose the theme of formal holiday wear to coincide with the forthcoming holiday season that is fast approaching - anyone finished their Christmas shopping yet?!!

Needless to say this theme was right up my street as I love the opportunity to get the glad rags out & having recently (well a few weeks ago) attended a ball I've decided to recreate the look.

This jumpsuit is one I bought from Zara many years ago & was only around the £40 mark.  It has certainly been a really great buy as I've dressed it up & down for many occasion - flip flops & pendants for evenings on a summer holiday, as below for a ball & teamed with a biker jacket for a more rock chic kind of vibe to.
