WIWT - Tailoring With Broderie & Sparkly New Shoes!

Morning ladies, I'm getting this week off to a flying start as I'm breaking out some new sparkly shoes that have been sent to me by The Women's Society.  A fab boutique based in Hereford that stocks a wide range of brands & sells everything from accessories, denim, essential day wear to stunning evening wear including ballgowns & of course shoes :-)

Espadrilles made a huge comeback a couple of years ago & they're a trend that's set to continue to be big this summer so when I spotted these beauties I couldn't resist.  I just love the subtle glitter & sparkle & of course being black they're going to go with everything but the thing I was most surprised about them was just how comfortable & padded they felt.  I don't know about you but I just can't be bothered anymore with wearing shoes that aren't comfortable - unless it's for a very special occasion & let's face it any high heeled pair of shoes are never going to feel like slippers several hours in.  So these espadrilles are right up my street & will definitely be coming away with me on holiday.

  1. I do love espadrilles! In fact, I am on year 3 with these lovelies--very similar to the ones you are sporting.

My ONLY gripe against the espy is that the fabric roping can get all mucky if you get caught in a rainstorm. This particular brand solves that problem.

    Cheers!

    1. Hi Rosanne yes those are very similar aren't they. I hadn't thought about the roping getting dirty but I suppose it's a bit like white trainers I prefer mine when they don't look brand sparkling new. Although the ones I'm wearing also have a plastic sole so that should help safeguard the problem :-)
