Morning ladies before I show you what I'm wearing I just wanted to send my love to anyone affected by the awful news in Nice. My heart goes out to all the innocent lives that have been lost & to all their families & loved ones.

Off for another session of pilates today...think I might be getting hooked. Although when I first went & saw all the machines & equipment I was a little unsure what I'd walked into ;-) but it definitely seems to be helping with my back & certainly doesn't feel like excercise so I can't complain.
