Happy Boxing Day ladies. So how's everyone feeling after Christmas Day? Full & never wanting to eat another sprout again or ready to go with Boxing Day treats?! We've got a quiet day in before heading on over to my cousins for a full on family celebration & gathering of all my family including aunts, uncles, cousins & all our children so it should be great fun & usually involves a quiz & lots of fun & laughter. But before that it's another family tradition of bubble & squeak with left over turkey, which for me is almost as tasty as Christmas lunch.
