Marks & Spencer Pure cotton wrap ruffle striped midi skirt

Morning ladies before I share today's outfit I've got another shopping confession, this stunning striped ruffle midi skirt.

Now I'd been eyeing something similar for a while but due to the cost I couldn't justify it so as soon as I spotted this beauty in store I just couldn't resist.  Needless to say I love the ruffles not to mention the stripes & although it's described as a wrap skirt it's actually fixed & has a zip at the back so no worrying about exposing yourself!  Plus it's a great price, although because it's unlined I would advise wearing a short underskirt underneath.  In terms of sizing it does comes up slightly large as I've been able to size down & is available in 2 different lengths.  I've gone for the shorter of the 2 as for some reason it wasn't available in the longer length in my size but I have to say I don't think I'd have wanted it any longer & would describe it as a long midi skirt.  But be warned stock seems to be flying out so if you're tempted get 'clicking that button' to avoid disappointment.

Ladies if you've not tried some cropped kick flare jeans/trousers then you should seriously give them a whirl.  I'd steered clear until I caught the bug with cropped kick flare trousers last Autumn & I have to say I think they're now one of my favourite styles to wear.  Perfect for pairing with bare ankles & ballet flats/trainers as much as a block heel ankle boot come the cooler months.

Finally you may have noticed that I've been making a few changes to the layout of my site over the course of the last few days, which always amazes me how long it takes.  I'm such a nightmare at underestimating how long jobs will take....I like to think it's down to positive thinking but I think hubby would say otherwise as I'm always doing it ;-)  Anyway hopefully the changes will make it easier for you to navigate as I've added a few drop down options at the top so you can easily find things like new purchases, skincare routine, the make up I use & how I keep fit etc.  I've also introduced a new way of being able to 'shop my style', so you can now either click on the images at the bottom of the post or use the links as before. Like I say hopefully it all makes it easier for you to use.

Only one more sleep until the weekend whoop whoop.  See you in the morning.
