I love navy & black when worn together as I think it can look really elegant & whenever I team the colours together always vouch to wear more often but somehow I always forget but I'm definitely going to try to wear more of these colours together this season.

So ladies may the force be with you this Friday - whether you're being extremely brave & braving the crowds or if like me you're doing it from the comfort of an armchair.  I hope Black Friday is kind to you & you secure all those Christmas items on your list, with perhaps a little treat or two for yourself.  Here's to a successful shop & I don't know about you but after a pretty tough week I'm thinking a little treat might be in order ;-)

See you in the morning.

  1. In England, has Black Friday become a relatively new thing? Here in Canada, although we always knew about Black Friday, it has only become a big shopping day in recent years. For us, our big shopping day is Boxing Day. A few years ago, my husband and I were in New York over American Thanksgiving (In Canada, our Thanksgiving is in October), and I experienced my first Black Friday. It was crazy! My husband isn't a big shopper, so we stuck to sightseeing that day, however we did find ourselves in front of Macy's, so we entered the store in a huge crowd of people, walked through store with a huge crowd, and then walked right out, again with the crowd. It probably took about 10 minutes, we didn't see a single thing (other than the crowd of people), but I was a little claustrophobic! Even here in Canada, it doesn't seem that Black Friday is as big a deal as it is in the US, but I still tend to stay away from the stores as I prefer to shop in a little calmer environment!

    1. Hi Brenda like you Black Friday & Cyber Monday has definitely become more of a thing over here over the past few years. I can't bear the crowds so would always prefer to do battle with the sales via the comfort of my sofa/bed......so much easier plus you have the benefit of being able to try on in peace of your own home.
      Enjoy your weekend.
