I can't bear the crowds so would always prefer to do battle with the sales via the comfort of my sofa/bed......so much easier plus you have the benefit of being able to try on in peace of your own home.
Enjoy your weekend.
Jane xxMy Midlife Fashionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06917460143752589855noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8809946861680252213.post-79831791816739382022017-11-24T09:54:52.569-08:002017-11-24T09:54:52.569-08:00Ok I give in. Here in Canada, although we always knew about Black Friday, it has only become a big shopping day in recent years. For us, our big shopping day is Boxing Day. A few years ago, my husband and I were in New York over American Thanksgiving (In Canada, our Thanksgiving is in October), and I experienced my first Black Friday. It was crazy! My husband isn't a big shopper, so we stuck to sightseeing that day, however we did find ourselves in front of Macy's, so we entered the store in a huge crowd of people, walked through store with a huge crowd, and then walked right out, again with the crowd. It probably took about 10 minutes, we didn't see a single thing (other than the crowd of people), but I was a little claustrophobic! Even here in Canada, it doesn't seem that Black Friday is as big a deal as it is in the US, but I still tend to stay away from the stores as I prefer to shop in a little calmer environment!Brendanoreply@blogger.com
