Morning ladies, so a few months ago I featured a new beauty brand that had recently come onto my radar - ARK Skincare highlighting some skincare products I'd been sent to try, you can read my review here.

As you may recall I was really impressed with the range, so I was delighted when I was recently asked by the brand to take part in a Zoom meeting discussing some new products.

The two main products to have recently launched are their Advanced Action Lip Plumping Cream & their Skin Protector SPF 30 Primer. So let's talk about those first.

I've been using both products now for a few weeks & love them both. Whilst the lip plumping cream is designed to act as a lipstick primer, as well as helping to hydrate the lips, it's also great to use on the deep lines/wrinkles around the mouth/nose/chin area as it not only does it help plump the lip area but also any other lines & wrinkles that cause concern. I've been applying the cream of a night as an intensive treatment but it can also be used during the day as a lipstick primer.

Since moving to France one thing that's really changed with my daily skincare routine during the summer months is that I'm wearing less & less make up. Obviously the fact my skin is sun kissed is one of the reasons for this but the main one is that due to the increased temperatures & humidity I personally don't like the feeling on wearing tinted moisturiser/foundation during the day. Of course my skin is far from perfect so I will like to apply something that will help soften the signs of ageing & gives me confidence to be out & about with more of a 'bare faced' look & this is where Ark's Skin Protector SPF 30 Primer comes in.

As one of the brands best sellers it's easy to see why, as for me it's a 'one bottle does all' kind of product & really is a great multi-talker. A 3 in 1 product that not only offers the all important UVA & UVB protection but it also moisturises & acts as a make up primmer as well. Plus the luminescence of the product is brilliant at helping blur fine lines & wrinkles that gives a great glow to your skin. For me I'm finding that this when worn with a little dusting of bronzer on top is allowing me to ditch my tinted moisturiser in the day. Plus as it moisturises as well instead of having to apply several different products of a morning, it makes my daily morning routine that much simpler & quicker.

The other couple of products I've been incorporating into my daily routine are Ark's Reverse Gravity Eye Cream, which does everything us ladies want an eye cream to do - reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fade dark circles & diminish any puffiness. Plus I'm loving the coolness of the metallic ball to help massage the cream in, which really is a lovely soothing action perfect for tired eyes at the start & end of the day.

With the impacts of the sun & heat I've also been treating my skin to some much needed extra hydration & using ARK's Hydrating Serum with their Gua Sha Jade Facial Tool on my face of an evening. Not only can the serum be applied on it's own to your face, it can also be added to your existing moisturiser for an added boost. Plus the Gua Sha provides a great way of applying the serum as well as being a relaxing end of day ritual, that will increase blood circulation & help improve lympathic drainage. Plus the step by step guide is brilliant for teaching you the correct way on how to use it.
