WIWT - Dressed Down Classics

So a day of work with a sneaky trip out to the hairdressers for me today to get the rapidly multiplying greys covered over & the fringe trimmed!!

Now we all know I love a blazer or two but today I thought I'd try something slightly different & team my longer length blazer with my lace up metallic pumps, as lets face it this is probably the nearest I'm going to get to the trainer trend that's doing the rounds this season!!

Blazer - Zara
Shirt - Zara
Jeans - Zara
Pumps - Boden

Shop my style.

Dressed Down Classics

Blazer - Zara £79.99
Shirt - Zara £25.99
Jeans - Zara £25.99
Pumps - Next £25

So what do you think, do you like the more casual dressed down feel or do you think it would look  better smartened up a bit & teamed with some ballet pumps?  Would love to hear your thoughts.

Have a great Thursday & see you in the morning.

    1. Thanks Joanna....I was slightly tempted by the pink New Balance but just don't think they're mean - although I haven't even tried a pair on!!!

    1. Thanks Annmarie I think the bit of bling makes them feel more glamorous & less trainer-ish so more within my comfort zone.

    2. I tried some NB's after seeing so many people look fab in them, but I just wasn't that keen so sent them back! I'm definitely more of a pumps girl I think (but have trainers to run in so maybe that's the issue?!). Love the silver Next pumps...navy & silver always look great together! x

    3. Sian I think I'm the same as you in that trainers equal running, plus they're more clumpy looking than pumps which are just that step down from ballet pumps. Love trainers on others just not me!
