New Outfit Post - Classics

Happy Tuesday....it's finally the last day of term for our son (thank goodness I love the laid back vibe & not having to make sure he's up, got everything, had breakfast etc, etc the school holidays bring) but we have a dilemma!  He's off school this morning as he's going back to the orthodontist to get his retainers fitted, so do we take him back into school only to do nothing (his words!) or let him stay home & get used to speaking, eating etc with his retainers?!!!  I get the impression I may be wore down as the morning progresses!!!

Anyway back to what I'm wearing today & I've sticking to a tried & tested look - denim, white & stripes.....you can't go wrong can you?!

Jacket - Laura Ashley
Top - Mango
Jeans - Zara
Sandals - Zara
Bag - Boden

Nautical

Jacket - Gap £54.95
Jeans - Mango £39.99
Sandals - Mango £29.99

So what would you do - return to school or let his summer holidays start that little bit earlier?!!!

  2. You can't go wrong with a classic outfit, it looks lovely Jane. I think I would have taken him in to say goodbye to his teacher but it's a tough one xx

    1. It is tough Sharron as he's completely run down & has a mouth full of ulcers :-( plus not impressed with the two retainers after having a week of no braces! But in the end he decided to go in as they're breaking up an hour early & a group of friends are going out for a celebratory Subway after school :-)

  3. Keep him home if he wants. He'll see his mates in the hols anyhow.

    1. Yes I left it up to him as they haven't been doing much for the last couple of weeks in school so it wasn't as if he would miss anything important. But bless him he went in even though he's suffering with his ulcers....still 6 weeks of chill time & lie ins are now in front of him :-)

    1. Thanks Fiona, I left the decision to him & he opted to go in, think it would have been a very different thing if they weren't breaking up today!!!
