Whoop whoop happy Friday ladies :-) So to mark the start of the weekend I've got an exciting competition for you!
I was recently contacted by Becksondergaard to see if I'd like to review a specially designed cape that they've launched to coincide with the premier of the new film Miss You Already starring Drew Barrymore & Toni Collette, which is released in all UK cinemas next Friday 25th of September. A film based on friendship & best friends who having been friends since childhood & shared many an experience together must now face & share a couple of pretty tough life challenges.
With Becksondergaard having been founded in 2003 by Lis Beck & Anna Sondergaard who both share a strong passion for fashion it seems the perfect collaboration that they should design a cape to coincide with the launch of the film. Just look at their stunning AW15 collection here.
Naturally after my recent post declaring my love for this season's must have (see here) I didn't hesitate in saying yes & that's before I knew the capes were so exclusive that they can't even be brought in the UK! But the really exciting thing is that the lovely people at Becksondergaard have very kindly offered me 2 capes to give away!
Now before I get onto the competition I just wanted to show you how stunning the cape is with a little trying on session! As I've mentioned before capes really are one of the 'must have' pieces for any wardrobe this season & being such a neutral colour this Becksondergaard one will be perfect for teaming with most pieces in your wardrobe not to mention layering over a biker jacket, a look I plan to wear with mine in the coming weeks.
So back to the competition. Back to today & I'm keeping things nice & simple & keeping with an all grey outfit & breaking out my new Boden high tops, which I ordered when they had 20% off. I absolutely love these, comfy so perfect for days when I'm going to be on my feet all day & thinking of the cooler months warm ankles - what's not to love?!
