New Season Edits & My OOTD

Morning ladies, before I show you my outfit of the day I wanted to share with you some fab new season picks I spotted whilst shopping with my mum & sister yesterday - a couple of which may now be hanging in my wardrobe :-0

New Season Edit

Frill Blouse £29.50 - already hanging in my wardrobe - I sized up in this
Faux Suede Trench Coat £75 - limited stock online but it's a beaut!
Longline Shirt £28 - such a lovely fit & love the shoulder epaulette detailing
Longline Shirt £28 - I may have just ordered this
Ruffle Blouse £29.50 - tried this on & it's stunning but unfortunately not my colour

Back to today & one of the colours that is due to be huge for Spring is pale pink.  This boucle jacket from Zara is ancient & is probably one of the first things I ever bought from there.  Over the years it has made the chucking out pile a few times but there's always been something that's made me hang it back in my wardrobe as there's just something very classic & Chanel about the design & with pink being a big trend for Spring I'm hoping I'll wear it a little bit more this season.

My Midlife Fashion, Zara boucle jacket, statement pearl necklace, massimo dutti knitted jumper, hudson Kiver Ankle Boots, Skinny Jeans

Jacket - Zara
Pearl Necklace - Bought in Majorca
Jumper - Massimo Dutti
Jeans - Zara
Boots - Hudson

Pastel Pink & Denim

So anyone up to anything special today or have the weekly clubs & activities after half term recommenced?!  Something a little bit different for us today as we're off to a showing of the first film our son assisted on & then to mark the occasion we're planning on staying out for dinner - to say I'm a little bit excited & super proud would be something of an understatement!

Happy Saturday ladies have a good one.  Don't forget today's the last day before Boden reduce their offer to 10% - grab 15% off everything here & there's still 20% off at Joules, you can see my picks here.

    1. Thank you & fab choices. The long line shirt is just a lovely cut & part of the fabric is a gorgeous soft jersey so it's lovely against the skin & is a great fit.

  3. Love this outfit Jane, my type of casual. A Chanel type jacket never goes out of style. I got rid of a grey one a few years ago and still regret it. The jacket and pearls are so classy, and the jeans and boots keep it cool.

    1. Oh no Georgina don't you just hate it when that happens?! Hopefully it means there's a better one out there waiting to be discovered. I'd love to find a Chanel inspired grey one so we can hunt together :-)
