Morning ladies I thought we'd look at summer tops today & one look that I love & simply can't get enough of is pretty white tops. In fact I think I might be slightly addicted to this type of top as it's simply perfect for pairing with denim - whether that be jeans, cut offs or even a denim skirt. Not to mention khaki cargo trousers, smarter cigarette pants, or even toughened up with a biker jacket - the possibilities are endless & for me there's something very fresh about this look. Paired with the simpliest of accessories it just shouts sunshine & lazy summer days.
Needless to say the high street is awash with lots to tempt us....in fact I may have already added a few new tops of this style to my collection including this beauty I recently spotted in Zara & featured on Instagram the other week.
The trouble with this type of top is not only are there various styles (cami, sleeveless, short sleeved, full length sleeves) there are also lots of variations (broderie, lace, crochet, embroidery) too which makes them even more tempting & the kind of top you just can't have too many of!
Here's just a selection of beauties currently on the high street that are calling my name.

ReplyDeleteOne thing I find is that some can be see through. Do you find that ?
Hi Karen yes some can be a little see through so if I've got one like that I simply slip a nude camisole generally from Marks & Spencer's underneath & that does the trick.
DeleteHope this helps.
