Morning ladies - happy Saturday.
So after a fab & late one with the girls last night I'm keeping today's outfit nice & simple with no bright colours or detailing.
Sometimes simple & understated is so the way to go. So it's cigarette pants teamed with a tuxedo styled jacket, trainers & tee for a smart but laid back Saturday look today. Meaning it's the perfect outfit to showcase a lovely new tee I've been sent by YUNION T, a relatively new British brand that was created to offer women excellent quality wardrobe basics that have been designed with quality in mind, to flatter the body & to enhance & showcase our best bits.
Now for their launch YUNION T have chosen to focus their attention of white t-shirts, a great wardrobe staple that most, if not all of us will have at least one of hanging in our wardrobes. For me when you get the right fit, quality & design it's a wardrobe necessity as they're perfect for throwing on under a blazer & can so easily be dressed up or down.
There are 5 designs in their collection offering necklines to suit all body shapes. After being tempted by several of their designs I decided to pick the Deep Relaxed 'V' Neck for myself as I think it's one of the easiest necklines to wear & perfect for wearing with or without jewellery.
Size wise I went with an XS & it fits me perfectly as I wanted something that was semi fitted so it would fit neatly underneath a jacket when teamed with one of my blazers. If however, you're looking for a t-shirt to wear more on it's own come the warmer months with a simple pair of jeans you may want to also try a larger size to get a more slouchy look.
I must admit I'm extremely impressed with the quality as it's a really lovely thick cotton so there's no worries of the fabric being too see-through & the cut & design is perfect. I just love the deep 'V' neckline which is deep without being too low & of course it's always wonderful to support British companies & both the fabric & the manufacturing of the tees are also carried out here in the UK. I'm just hoping they bring out more colours - preferably in grey, navy & black as that would be my capsule t-shirt wardrobe sorted.
