Taking A Look At Boden's New In For AW16 & WIWT - Day 5

Morning ladies, today I thought it would be fun to start looking at all the new season clothing heading into store & where better to start than with Boden, who have recently just launched their first drop for AW16.

Needless to say there's lots of temptation & again this season all of their shoes are to die for, with of course the obligatory splashes of 'Bet' thrown in for all us leopard print lovers :-)

What I love most about Boden is you just know you're going to be guaranteed great quality, well made pieces that will last you a lifetime & of course if you 'click that button' at the right time i.e. during a discount week you can buy at great prices too :-)

I've selected a few of my key pieces below that would make great staples on which to build a capsule wardrobe & have created 3 different looks just to give you an idea of how I'd see them working for the coming season.

Starting with this first outfit, which I think you'll all agree are items that could be mixed up in so many different ways.  I just love the soft grey of the coat & of course the saddle bag & boots are definitely 'must haves', which if past seasons are to go by, are sure to sell out fast!

For the second look I've again stuck with timeless items that are bought up to date with the addition of the wave ballet pump & the crop flare trousers (which would also look perfect with a statement court shoe or block heel ankle boot).  I just love cropped trousers all year round, as they bring such a stylish elegance to an outfit.  Imagine the trousers below with a high block heel ankle boot & loose fit cashmere polo neck jumper.  Layer up some statement bracelets & clutch & you've got a stylish look that would be so easy to wear & could so easily take you from day to night.

And for my third outfit I've gone for an everyday look by teaming a relaxed fit cashmere 'V' neck jumper with girlfriend fit turn up jeans, leopard print slip on trainers & finished the look off with a double breasted blazer to tie the outfit together & bring a tailored more structured feel to the casual pieces.

Back to today & of course Autumn clothing might be fully occupying my thoughts but it's definitely a case of less is more in terms of clothing whilst we're enjoying the Majorcan sunshine.  Here's what I'm planning on wearing today.
