WIWT - Pilates With ILU Fitwear

Happy Monday ladies.  Today I'm sharing a slightly different look to normal.  

Regular followers may recall that I've recently taken up pilates & am totally loving it.  Something totally different to what I expected as it's not mat based but uses various equipment including the reformer & is something completely different to my normal excerise routine.  In fact today is my 6th lesson & I'm already totally addicted & would highly recommend it (so much so I've already signed my mum up!).

Which leads me onto my outfit for today - one last pilates session before our holiday followed by a sports massage on my back so realistically it's a day of lycra for me & the perfect opportunity to share with you a couple of fantastic new additions to my lycra collection, which I was kindly sent by ILU Fitwear.

Again regular readers will know I'm a huge fan of this sportswear brand (see here & here).  It honestly is the most comfy sportswear I have ever worn & I'd go as far as to say they've outdone themselves with their latest two additions to the range.  

I'm wearing the Yoga Tank with the Chic Calm Wrap & both pieces are super soft, even nicer in the flesh than I could have hoped for & beautifully designed.

I used both pieces last week for the first time during my pilates session & can report back that they performed well & that the top didn't rise or need any pulling down inbetween exercises.

As you can see from the photos the Yoga Tank is a lovely length (I've actually got mine sightly ruched) with a fitted design to your top half that gradually widens so as not to cling to the tummy area, ending with a thick bottom band that means the top stays put.  The top also features a cut out keyhole design on the back (as you can see from the below photo), which I was a little worried would mean that the top was super tight to get on.  Which being highly claustrophobic (so much so I hold my breath when putting clothes on & off over my head) I was concerned that this would be my idea of hell but luckily it's not, as the fabric has a gorgeous give & is in no way restrictive. 

And the matching wrap is just perfect for throwing on to & from classes but equally will look stunning when worn as a normal scarf/wrap with non-gymwear too!

I seriously can't tell you just how lovely both these items are & if you're on the lookout for some new gymwear would highly recommend them.

Right I'd better get a move on with only a couple of days till we leave for our holidays there's a 101 things to do & I'm guessing after my pilates session & sports massage I'm not going to be up to moving much tonight!
