Morning ladies so before we get onto what I'm wearing today I wanted to share with you a new lipstick that's recently been launched by Charlotte Tilbury called The Queen. Which on Charlotte's website is described as a 'rich & rosey crown-jewel pink' created in homage to our Queen, Elizabeth the II.
Now before I show you what it looks like on I thought I'd share a picture showing a sample along side the other bright lipsticks I own from Charlotte Tilbury to give you an idea of the colour tone.
As you can see from the below image it's a beautiful matte based lipstick that is perfect for adding a pop of colour & a great alternative to a red lippy. I'm absolutely loving the colour, so much so that it's going to be a firm favourite in my everyday make up box, full details of which are here.
And seeing as we're going with a splash of colour I'm adding a further pop to my neutral outfit with this stunning across body bag from Village England, which is also available in tan, black & brown. If you've not taken a look at their website then take a peek here as their bags are stunning & beautifully made from full grain natural leather that will last a lifetime. You really will be spoilt for choice.

I still have to try Charlotte Tilbury. I think the So Marilyn shade looks lovely. Is that Zara jumper last years? Any advice on where to buy a cashmere jumper? X
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love her range so would certainly highly recommend you give it a whirl. It might be worth having a full make over, which is how I originally fell in love with the brand. I think it cost about £20 but that was redeemable against any purchase made.
DeleteThe So Marilyn lipstick is my normal red lippy & is a stunning shade. It's what got me into & more comfortable with bright lipsticks.
Yes unfortunately the Zara jumper is from last year. For cashmere I've bought from Marks & Spencer (perfect with the 20% discount code that's currently live!), Boden, Zara & H&M. I've also heard good reviews on Uniqlo's range & I'm about to review another brand in the next couple of weeks.
Hope this helps.
Jane xx
That's a massive help, thank you so much x
ReplyDeleteNo worries any time :-)
