Morning ladies today I thought we'd take a look at dresses that can be worn for special occasions such as weddings, Ladies Day, christenings, special birthdays etc, that can also so easily be re-worn when the sun comes out or whilst on holiday. Heels & a statement clutch & possibly a hat/fascinator depending on the occasion & then flats/wedges & a biker/denim jacket for day.
There's nothing worse than buying a dress only to wear it once & have it hanging in your wardrobe longing for the right occasion for it to be worn. So go simple, stylish & timeless in the design & not only will it last you many years to come it will be easier to dress up or down.
I've had several emails & requests for ideas on what to wear to a special event & I've also got Ladies Day coming up (I'm in charge of transport - how on earth do you beat a pink fire engine?! ;-) ) & I'm in two minds as to whether to go with a dress - something that just needs accessorising or seperates that can easily be re-worked into lots of outfits.
As I mentioned today we're looking at dresses (I'm planning on featuring seperates in another post) & as you'll see above, I've featured my edit of the best ones around. As always simply just click on any of the above images for further details.
