Morning ladies so along with my new monthly preloved feature I also want to introduce another new feature that I plan on publishing monthly & that's investment purchases.
Along with the movement in being more environmentally aware with our purchases I think a lot of us are also looking to purchase quality pieces that will last a lifetime & even perhaps be able to be handed down to future generations. Of course these luxury items aren't going to be the sort of thing you treat yourself to on a regular basis but are a more considered purchase that you'll either want to save up for, or perhaps be treated to for a special occasion, or put birthday/Christmas money towards. Or maybe they might prove the focus you need to have a clear out of your existing wardrobe with the proceeds of any items sold going towards one luxury item. Or perhaps stop you buying those items you don't need that don't cost a fortune but a few of which soon add up to a more luxurious treat.
So for my first post on this theme I thought we'd look at leather make up bags. The kind of bag that screams understated style, that will (hopefully like ourselves!) improve with age & is the sort of bag you want to get out to apply your lippy & of course is perfect for holding all those little bits & pieces we need to transfer when changing our handbag.
For me the ultimate one is this one, the question is which colour? As always just click on any of the above images for further details on a product & with prices starting at £45 this luxury purchase doesn't need to be unaffordable :-)
