Happy Monday lovelies!  Today's outfit is all about the one item that really earns it keep come the arrival of Spring & early Autumn & that's the coatigan.  Such a great in-between wardrobe staple  that fills the gap between the winter coat & lightweight shacket/blazer.

I'm styling mine today with a simple shirt & faux leather trousers combo & should I find the temperature drops at all I'll simply just add an oversized scarf for added warmth.

You may have seen that I mentioned in yesterday's post on Instagram that they've closed all schools/colleges/universities & now all restaurants/bars/ shops (apart from supermarkets & pharmacies) until further notice in France.  It goes without saying that it's a scary, crazy & also surreal time at the moment.  All that we're reading about Coronavirus is hard to take in.  With the changes that have already taken place in France, life is about to become a lot more about being at home but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop posting what I'm wearing.  Whilst we're all having to adjust to a new 'normal' way of life, that doesn't mean old habits or things that make us feel good need to shop.  So time to throw on your favourite item of clothing & slap on some make up, even if you're not leaving the house.  It's also a great opportunity to start celebrating all the little things that can brighten up our days & get back to enjoying the basic things in life - cooking, reading, jigsaws & just being together & hopefully safe as a family.  On a lighter note not only did we manage to stock up on food essentials we also made it to the DIY store so we can continue working on the house :-) #everysilverlining.

Enjoy your day & I'll be back tomorrow as always & in the meantime stay safe, keep smiling, hug your loved ones & remember to reach out to those that may need your help xx
