Morning ladies. So with all that this year seems to be throwing at us today I wanted to talk mood enhancers. Generally at this time of year as the nights draw in I love lighting candles & making the house feel all cosy. And I don't know about you but with all that's going on in the world then anything that helps enhance & lift our moods is much needed. Lighting candles always makes things feel a little bit more luxurious & before we moved to France I also invested in a couple of electronic oil diffusers which I'm absolutely loving & wouldn't be without. They're just perfect for creating a glow & I love how you can personalise your favourite oils to suit your mood. We generally fall asleep with one on with sleep enhancing oils & I would highly recommend.

Back to today & although temperatures have cooled slightly now it's still quite humid so I'm teaming my denim shorts, which I seem to have lived in this summer, with a classic tailored white shirt.
