Morning ladies. So if you've been following me for a while you know that I workout regularly & like to get my exercises done first thing of a morning.
For me exercise is something I've grown to love as I've got older as I've found that with age comes the need to not only keep fit to keep enjoying all the treats in life but also for a bit of 'me time' & a way of waking up & getting myself ready to face the day & in the best head space possible. Whilst I may not feel like it some mornings once I've completed my routine I always feel better for it both physically & mentally.
Along with getting the blood pumping it's also important to feel good whilst working out. So for me that means wearing sportswear that I like & that helps support & control certain areas of our body that may need that little bit extra help in terms of lift & support.

With built in shorts & bra together with strategically placed compression panels to support our bodies this sportswear is perfect to hold, secure & sculpt our bodies in all the right places & they haven't scrimped on comfort either. I've been wearing my new activewear for the past few days for cycling, pilates & weights & absolutely love the fact that you don't have to worry about having to re-adjust your top or leggings during your routine & of course with the built in support there's no need for a sports bra.
