Morning ladies & happy Thursday. So today I thought I'd bring out a short ruffle dress that's lovely & light & cool to wear, not to mention has the prettiest of ruffle detailing. It actually came with a thin fabric belt but I've swapped this over for a simple navy one to add a little contrast.
