Morning ladies, I can't believe that another month has whizzed by so quickly & that we're almost at the end of May! With this in mind today I'm sharing my top picks from this month's new collection from Baukjen.

Whilst it's never a hard decision picking pieces from Baukjen's collection to feature, it is always a hard decision narrowing my picks down to choose the pieces I'm going to style.
So what have I chosen this month? Well firstly I chose their Maxine Hemp Double Breasted Jacket, which just looked so stylish I knew it would make the perfect timeless addition to my wardrobe. My second pick was their Eloise Dress as it just offers so much versatility & I don't think you can ever have enough white dresses come this time of year hanging in your wardrobe. My third chose was their Tate Organic Slim Chinos, as I love the cut & fit of the pair I have in sand so much I just knew the soft white, would equally get as much wear & for my final pick I went with their Essentials Organic Cotton Rib Tank as it's just one of those great multi-tasking, hard working staples.

As you can see from the above & following pictures, this month's picks are perfect for mix & matching to create several looks.
In terms of the Eloise dress I decided to size down a size & am wearing a size 6. It's wonderful dress, that falls perfectly & even has pockets. I just love it dressed up with their Maxine Hemp blazer but equally it will look wonderful worn on it's own as well as teamed with a denim jacket.

For their Essential Cotton Rib Tank I chose to go up a size & am wearing a UK10, as personally I prefer this style of t-shirt not to be too fitted as it allows me more options in terms of styling & what I can wear with it. The fabric is a great weight & what I really love is that it doesn't show my bra straps so there's no need to wear a special or strapless bra.

Finally I had high hopes for their Maxine blazer & what can I say except it doesn't disappoint & would go as far as to say it actually exceeds by expectations! A gorgeous lightweight blazer, that's true to size (I'm wearing an 8) but despite the casual look & fabric has the perfect amount of structure & tailoring. I've been thinking of adding a linen blazer to my wardrobe for a few years now & as soon as I tried this on, I questioned why I hadn't made the decision earlier as I just know this is going to prove so useful over the coming months & will definitely be my 'go to' over a denim jacket every time. In fact I love it so much I'm extremely tempted to get the matching shorts!
