Morning ladies, so today I want to talk about everyday effortless style. The kind of outfits that you'll love wearing year after year & always look stylish & put together.
I was recently contacted by Jonzara, a family run business that offers luxury everyday pieces from a wide range of brands that may not be instantly known to you, at various price points. One of the main things I love is that their range of clothing offers us midlife ladies stylish, on trend pieces from brands that you're not necessarily going to find on the high street. That are timeless & perfect for bringing out year after year & creating many a timeless look.
So let's jump straight in with my top buys. Of course knitwear is key in all our wardrobes at this time of year & you will never go wrong with a stripe monochrome jumper like the one above. Pair with everything from jeans to leather trousers to a floaty maxi skirt, finishing off with either a colourful accessory or some statement jewellery & you'll have the perfect stylish look.
Another timeless wardrobe staple for me is a soft grey cosy knit. I always think this shade of grey looks so elegant & makes the perfect addition to anything from jeans, leather leggings, a pencil/maxi skirt or even a pair of cigarette pants. Team with trainers or chunky flat ankle boots for a casual look or pair with statement flats/heels for a smarter outfit. Finishing the look off with a fedora hat & oversized coat to create a really elegant look.
Keeping with knitwear & how gorgeous is the shade of blue in the above jumper. The perfect wardrobe staple for throwing on during those dark winter days when you need an instant lift.
And of course every wardrobe needs at least one statement piece of knitwear that can transform the simplest of looks to a chic going out outfit. I just love the detailing on the sleeves of this cardigan, which I'd team with pearls, skinny jeans & heels.
Moving on to my favourite tops next. Pieces that are easy to wear but have a little extra detailing to make them so much more than a simple shirt/blouse. Like the above chambray shirt with ruffle detailing. This really is perfect for wearing all year round & teaming with everything hanging in our wardrobes.
Of course this time of year you can never have enough 'going out' tops & this pleated detailed blouse would be perfect for teaming with a pair of leather trousers & heels for a night out but equally could be paired with jeans & ballet pumps for the day & come summer a pair of tailored shorts.
If you're a regular follower you will know how I have a HUGE weakness for pretty white blouses & this ruffled collared blouse is no exception. Paired with denim you really do have the ultimate effortless outfit.
Of course no wardrobe is complete without a white shirt for dressing up or down & if like me you love that extra bit of detailing then this ¾ sleeve blouse is perfect, I just love the cuff detailing & the stand up collar.
Then for the ideal tee for pairing under a classic blazer this boatneck sleeved top would be perfect.
Dresses have to be the ultimate for getting dressed quickly of a morning & a shirt dress like the one above soon earns it keep. Pair with heeled ankle boots for a smarter look or team with a leather biker jacket & trainers to keep things casual.
I've always loved wearing maxi skirts & this off white pleated one is perfect for wearing all year round. Again trainers/ballet pumps with a crew neck knit & biker jacket for everyday style or pair with a pretty blouse, blazer & heeled ankle boots for more smarter occasions.
Finally every wardrobe needs a pair of cigarette pants. Stylish, timeless & oh so classic & perfect for teaming with most pieces in our wardrobes.

As soon as I laid eyes on this trench styled coat, I just knew it made the perfect wardrobe addition. With all the classic features of a timeless trench but the added addition of wool to enable it to be worn during the colder months.

And of course this ruffle detail pleated blouse had my name all over it. I just love everything about it, including the longer length, making it perfect for teaming with these leather look leggings, which are incredibly comfy to wear & a great imitation leather & in a non-shiny finish too.
