New Outfit Post - The Fab 40s & Jumpsuits

So last month you may recall that I teamed up with 4 other 40+ fashion bloggers to show you how differently we all interpreted a particular theme to suit our style & items hanging in our wardrobes (see here).  Well we had so much fun that we've decided to continue the project & post a different theme each month with us each taking it in turns to pick the theme.

This month it was Ann's choice & she picked the theme of jumpsuits.  As soon as I read Ann's email I must admit to doing a little jump of joy as it meant that I could wear my new Wallis jumpsuit that Wallis had kindly sent me after styling it for their photoshoot (see here).  I just love it - versatile, flattering & super comfy what's not to love & it's definitely already on my holiday packing list for the summer.

For today's challenge I immediately knew I wanted to team it with some flat shoes & a jacket & my mind immediately went to my Mango quilted jacket & Office lace up shoes so I decided to stick with this for my outfit but it would of course equally look stunning teamed with a biker jacket not to mention dressed down with a denim jacket to.

Have a fab Monday.

  5. Jane, you put this look together perfectly. The beautiful blazer was the perfect addition. I do like the idea of owning a black jumper. It's practical and can be worn both night and day. And there are so many options for pairing it up. Great job you look beautiful and chic. I'm thrilled to be a part of this with you.

    XOXO
