OOTD - Styling Culottes & Keeping It Classic

Happy Saturday & happy Halloween, I can't believe we're already at the end of October already!

So these straight legged culottes may have arrived yesterday & naturally I've had to wear them & style them today!  I'm definitely feeling the love for a straight legged version as opposed to the wider leg culotte as it doesn't feel too different from my beloved cigarette pants.

Keeping things nice & simple with a plain white top, cropped double breasted jacket, block heeled boots & a spot of Bet to break the look up.

Just a normal Saturday here, popping out this morning & then crashing tonight for tapas, Strictly & a fire & of course the added temptation of trying to resist all the funsize bars I've bought ready for trick or treat tonight......anyone else find it hard to resist & end up helping yourself?!!

    Those J Crew culottes are gorgeous, I love the styling with the block heel boots. Great look full stop!

      Hi & thank you! The culottes are actually Zara & a real steal as they're so soft & lovely to wear. I'd been looking for something similar in a wide leg trouser but as I hadn't found any that I liked decided to take the plunge with these & think I'm going to find them really useful :-)

      Thanks Lynne, I think it's all about finding the right proportions to suit your body, I've tried shorter ones on & felt silly in those.
