One of the things I love most about this time of year is the excuse to wear a scarf or two. I just love the way you can add colour, pattern & texture to the simplest of outfits by throwing a scarf on. Plus of course it helps keep you nice & toasty on the cooler autumn mornings.
I was recently approached by CharmChuri to see if I'd be interested in reviewing one of their scarves & with an ever growing collection of scarves overtaking my wardrobe I didn't hesitate in saying yes & adding to my collection.
One of the lovely things about writing my blog is the fact that I get the opportunity to work with new brands whom I might otherwise not of heard of & CharmChuri are one such brand. With over 10 years experience in luxurious silk the London based company have recently launched their online boutique which specialises in premium 100% silk scarves at affordable prices.
They have an amazing collection in a huge array of colours & designs with prices starting at just £35. For me there's something extremely luxurious about a silk scarf plus it always brings back special memories of my Grandma who was always telling me to tie a silk scarf round my neck when I had my latest bout of tonsillitis or throat infection.
As you can see from the picture below the luxury & specialness of owning a silk scarf begins the moment the package arrives in their beautifully presented padded black presentation box.
And the colours really are as stunning in real life as they are on the company's website.
In fact I love it so much that I immediately added it to today's outfit. Not something I had originally envisaged wearing with the scarf when I picked it but the bright colours go perfectly with my muted greys & khakis.

I have to say I'm really impressed by both the quality & presentation & with Christmas fast approaching these scarves really would make a truly special present for a loved one. You can see their full range here.
Right I'm off to get on with the mountain of work I have to complete today as I'm hoping to finish a little early or at least on time as it's our 18th wedding anniversary :-) Our main celebrations are next weekend but we're popping out for dinner tonight & I'm already planning what I'm going to wear & more importantly eat ;-)
Hope everyone has a great start to the week.
Love the scarf. Those colours are fab. xx

I love scarves too and sell them on my web site as well. I know what you mean as far as how much of a difference a scarf can make in an outfit. This one is really pretty and it looks great on you.
