These monthly confessions sure as hell roll by don't they?!
Naturally me being me there have been a few Zara purchases made including these lovely pointed ballet pumps, which look far more expensive than they cost.
In fact they're on a roll with their shoes this season as these mid heel courts have also been purchased.
Along with these ankle boots, which although high are a sturdy sensible heel & what I particularly liked is that the boots are pretty fitted on the ankle.
As soon as I spotted this shirt it was love as I just love the military touches. A great alternative to a denim shirt & perfect for layering plus the material is lovely & soft. I'm planning on layering this up with grey as it's a really dark shade of navy.
Something that has already been worn several times & was purchased after more wardrobe detoxing & eBaying is this beauty.
Also I seem to have had a bit of success from H&M this month. As I've previously mentioned on the blog this shirt had me as soon as I spotted the gorgeous collar. I had to size down in this & as I've previously mentioned don't be put off by the length of it, it's really easy to wear tucked in.
Again this blouse had me with the frill detailing.
And if you follow me on Instagram you'll already know this stunning navy & gold maxi dress was also snapped up from H&M last weekend. I can't wait to layer it over my Marks biker jacket. Again size wise I had to size down in this.
Talking of H&M for anyone who's tempted there's a free delivery code doing the rounds (3143) but hurry it's only valid until the end of today.
And finally I thought I'd give the cropped trouser a whirl for Autumn.
Just the one discount code for today - Wallis have 24% off for today only. They've got some stunning pieces currently in stock. So forgetting all my recent purchases I'm now currently eyeing up these beauties.
How gorgeous is this red dress, a real classic that would be perfect for the festive season.
And although I've yet to jump on the culotte band wagon this next look is seriously tempting me - elegant, stylish & comfy what's not to love?!
If you're thinking of trying out some leather look leggings this season then these are a great buy for the money & I just love how they've been styled with this chunky knit. Such a useful jumper that would equally look fab teamed with boyfriend jeans & trainers for casual weekend attire or teamed with a leather effect pencil skirt, such as this one (currently £21.28).
And this jacket would be perfect for teaming with leather leggings.
As you may have already gathered I'm loving all things military inspired this season, including this cape.....to click or not to click, that is the question!!
And finally if you're on the look out for a stunning winter coat then how gorgeous is this long red one?!
Back to today & sticking with flats for comfort, here's what I'm wearing.
Shirt - Massimo Dutti
Jeans - Zara
Watch - Jord Watches
Slip Ons - Boden
Shirt - John Lewis £39
Jeans - Mango £39.99
Slip Ons - Boden £49
So what about you, have you taken the plunge & started adding to your AW15 wardrobe or are you still looking & waiting to see what's coming into store?
I'd love to hear what's got you clicking the button. Perhaps you've resisted as there's a special something you're holding out for & are currently waiting on a discount code. If so I'd love to hear.
Decisions, decisions - to polish halo or not to polish halo, what's a girl to do when Wallis' discount only lasts for today?!! Hope everyone has a fab Sunday & don't forget click here to take advantage of the 24% discount at Wallis!

Hi Andrea your purchases from H&M sound perfect & their delivery seems to have improved over recent months so hopefully you won't be waiting long for it's arrival. You've reminded me about a grey tweed blazer that I bought from H&M a couple of years ago that I must dig out as it's perfect for Autumn.
DeleteLike you I'm loving all the knitwear & thoughts of snuggling up inside them although come December I'll be dreaming of summer tops again I'm sure!!

I saw that H&M dress in the flesh today - it's gorgeous! I've been good of late - I'm not sure what's going on (well ok, the impending house move may have side tracked me slightly) but I'm feeling the need to really crack on with A/W at the moment. The search for a decent camel coat is still ongoing for me. But I'm with you on trying the culottes and leather look leggings, I need to! x
ReplyDeleteIt's a really stunning dress isn't it Natalie & I just love the navy against the gold pattern so warming on the skin.
DeleteCan't wait to see how you get on with your camel coat search, although with a house move coming up it's going to be hard to resist not thinking purely interiors there's so much lovely stuff out there!

Hi Jane - would love to know your ebay name to see what you're selling. Also any ebay tips would be great - I usually end up just bringing bags to the charity shop as I don't really know how to go about selling!
ReplyDeleteHi Zara I think eBay is a real hit & miss affair. The best piece of advice is obviously be totally honest & I tend to not be over optimistic on price as I think everyone is just looking for a bargain but if you're selling a few pieces it's surprising how it can mount up. Also I find it a lot quicker & easier to list via the app on my phone.
DeleteHope this helps.

I always love seeing what you've bought at the end of the month Jane! Some great investments shoe-wise....but my favourite piece by far is the maxi dress! Think I'm having a maxi moment! xx
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to wear it Michelle as it's a lovely style, colour & fit :-)
DeleteJane xx
