Happy Saturday ladies.
A quiet morning at home today as our son has decided to take a few weeks off karate while he throws himself full swing into work. Which is probably a good thing as he's actually working all weekend this week & I have to admit it's rather nice not having to be tied to karate times on a Saturday, especially when it's usually bang in the middle of the day.
Still suffering with my back but thankfully it seems a little bit better since my sports massage (hour of torture!) so I'm keeping with trainers in the hope this will help keep the niggles at bay. Then as I'm needing to wear layers to keep my old back warm I'm teaming a metallic skirt I managed to pick up in the Zara sale at Christmas for £5 with my black biker & a simple white tee.
Biker Jacket - Zara

Biker Jacket - Marks & Spencer £59

We're off into Birmingham later to watch our son in action as he's helping with part of the filming for the Selfridges four day Live & Loud event. It will be lovely to watch him at work & have a wander round Grand Central. Then we're planning on staying out for an early dinner before crashing in front of Strictly :-)
Hope everyone has a fab day.
I love the mix of the metalic with the biker jacket, the soft with the hard, as they say....Hope your back feels better and enjoy your time with your son. Have a great weekend!

You look so stylish, Jane. Even when dressed for comfort! There's nothing worse than a bad back. I do hope it eases soon for you. Lynne xx
ReplyDeleteIt's a good job no one could see the layers & vests underneath Lynne to keep my back warm lol!
DeleteFingers crossed I think it may have started to ease.
