Morning ladies now the other day we looked at off the shoulder tops (see here) & I showed you a few suggetions on how you can style them both for day or evening.
So today I thought we should look at off the shoulder dresses as I don't know about you but we're fully into holiday countdown mode & this style of dress is perfect for hot sunny days & evenings. Whether it be dressed down for a day of sightseeing/shopping ;-) or dressed up for a leisurely evening enjoying local cuisine & the last of the sun's rays before it sets for the evening. You can guarantee this style of dress will keep you cool both in terms of looks & temperature.
Here's just a few suggestions on how I'd style this type of dress.
And here's my edit from those currently doing the rounds on the high street. I just love this style teamed with embroidery but I think my favourite just has to be that black maxi number. So much so I'm very tempted to get clicking that button :-0

Finally before I share my outfit for today I just wanted to show you a little purchase that I made yesterday. Ever since the issue of free plastic bags has been phased out I've been on the lookout for the perfect canvas shopper & low & behold I found it yesterday :-)

So ladies what do you think? Are you a lover of this type of dress & tempted to get clicking the 'buy me' button or maybe you've recently purchased a dress in this style & have it tucked away in your wardrobe ready for your holidays? Or perhaps you're wary of this type of dress & unsure of which underwear to wear (you can see my suggestions here).
As always I love reading your thoughts.
Right I'm off to make a start on the Father's Day celebrations for hubby. Enjoy your day, don't forget it's the last day to take advantage of Boden's current discount (see here) & I'll be back in the morning.
Those dresses are gorgious! I like the striped one too! Very feminine.
ReplyDeleteYou can't beat this style of dress for femininity can you - we just need the weather to wear them....finger's crossed it's round the corner!
