WIW - Off On An Adventure

Bonjour ladies I'm up & out early this morning as I'm off to Paris!  

After receiving an invite to one of the many fashion shows I decided to throw caution to the wind, after all I never ever expect to be invited to a show let alone one during Paris fashion week & I certainly didn't want to turn down the opportunity.  So luckily for me our son had a couple of days owing from his time working in Mallorca so the two of us have decided to have a little adventure :-)

Having travelled down to London last night, we were up at silly o'clock this morning & are now making our way to Paris via Eurostar for a cheeky two day trip :-)  It's going to seem incredibly strange not to have hubby with us & we'll miss him dreadfully but it will also be such an honour to spend a couple of days away with our son all to myself.

Needless to say we've got lots planned including a spot of shopping (well it would be rude not to!!), some sightseeing, lots of enjoying the French cuisine whilst people watching & of course the fashion show which is tonight!  To say that left me with a massive dilemma of what to wear is an understatement with lots of debating on whether to go classic or statement, but I think I'm happy with my choice.
