Morning ladies so today I want to talk capsule packing as I have a bit of news that I want to share with you all. After an extremely stressful few months of selling our home & trying to get our deceitful estate agents to do some work on our behalf & actually act in our best interests I can now finally share with you all the news we're on the move!!! And it's not any old move either as we're actually moving abroad - eek!!
Anyone that knows me will know I've always been a homebody & in fact always lived in the Midlands so the fact I'm not only moving outside of my comfort zone but to a new country, where I don't actually speak the language is a huge leap of faith but after all the stress of dealing with our estate agents I can finally say I'm excited & looking forward to the future & the new adventure ahead :-)
So where are we moving to? Well we're actually relocating to France, in fact hubby has been living there since the beginning of October when he started his new job. Needless to say things didn't quite go to plan as we should have moved with him so it's been a tough few weeks, especially as the longest we've ever been apart has been 2 weeks prior to this. Add in the stress of a house move, logistics of relocating & the sheer frustrating that our estate agents are of no help whatsoever & have in fact lied to us, well I'm sure you can imagine my stress levels. Anyway apart from an official complaint against our estate agents that's all behind us & it's onto our new life.
The logistics have been a bit of a nightmare so we're actually going to be homeless for about a week whilst we drive over to start our new life & wait for our furniture to be delivered so I'm going to have to live out of a suitcase these next few couple of weeks, hence the capsule wardrobe! Above are similar items to the 12 pieces I've decided to pack & over the course of the next two weeks I'll be sharing my outfit posts using just these pieces. I'll be posting the outfits I plan on wearing on the blog each day & then sharing my actual outfit posts over on Instagram here.
So for the our last day at home before the mayhem starts here's what I plan on wearing.
