Morning ladies, I thought today we'd talk beauty & products that I've personally been using in lockdown to give myself a little bit of TLC & pampering but also as a way of taking time out & to give my brain a rest from all that is going on right now in the world.
We all need some time out occasionally, probably even more so at the moment than at any other time & what better way to give yourself a little bit of mindfulness than nourishing & treating your body with some beauty products that will help you look & feel better too.
From a body scrub & a lifting/firming moisturiser to get our bodies ready for summer, to gradual fake tan to invoke that summer glow. Not to mention foot files to get our feet ready for summer sandals & pedicures to facial tools that help give us our inner glow. Plus my personal favourite tool for microdermabrasion that I've been using religiously since the beginning of the new year & wouldn't be without. I've also just invested in this facial massager that not only have I got high hopes for in terms of toning & giving my skin an inner glow but it's also supposed to be excellent for removing any facial tension, which if like me you clench your jaws is much needed. Plus this serum is apparently the number 1 selling serum in France & is fast becoming a firm favourite of mine.

This time at home has certainly given me a little bit more time to my day & allowed me to develop beauty routines that I plan on continuing as we move out of lockdown. After all it's a great way to unwind & ease the stresses of everyday life & hopefully promote a more restful nights sleep, whilst also seeing benefits to my body & skin.
Back to today & it's all about that simple Sunday style of combats & trainers.
