OOTD - Off To London :-)

No karate run or normal Saturday errands for us as today the three of us are heading off (mega early - 07:40 train!) to London to celebrate our wedding anniversary (which is actually tomorrow so we're eking out the celebrations ;-) ).

Looks like the weather will be warm but wet - hence the addition of a hat so that my hair doesn't end up as one massive frizzy mess!

I can't wait to hit Covent Garden & some other venues but more importantly we're all looking forward to afternoon tea at the Savoy - a real treat :-)

Of course deciding what to wear that's smart, comfy, can be layered & feel comfortable for a special occasion not to mention factor in shoes that can cover a good few miles is always a tricky one.  But in the end after much pulling out of clothes from the wardrobe & the odd statement beginning 'I've got nothing suitable' followed by much eye rolling from hubby I've decided on this!

Jacket - Zara
Blouse - Mango
Pearls - bought in Majorca
Leather Effect Trousers - Zara

Black, Grey & Leopard Print

Jacket - Zara £129

Have a great Saturday!

    1. Thanks Frances hadn't factored in the fact the hat had a large brim meant that any slight gust of wind meant it wanted to fly off but all good fun!

    1. Thanks Sian I'm not used to wearing such a large brimmed hat but it's perfect for keeping the hair dry & fuzz free without the hassle of battling with an umbrella ;-)
