Morning ladies & happy Friday.

So I've got a little announcement & that is I'm taking a couple of weeks off from the blog & having 'une petite pause'.

If you follow me on Instagram you'll know that at Christmas I suffered borderline third degree burns to a large proportion of my lower body when I hot water bottle exploded on me & since then there's been a lot we as a family have been going through.  This together with the fact I'm rapidly approaching the big 5-0 at the end of the year has got me thinking (yes even more so than normal!) & in particular about making changes

So I'm taking the next few weeks off from the blog.  Hubby is on holiday & I'm just going to savour spending time with him & our family.  I'll still be posting on Instagram here & on my Facebook page here but may not be posting outfit posts every day.  Instead I'll be posting snapshots of what we're up to, things that make my soul sing & the little things that make me happy & complete me so please follow me on my social accounts to keep in touch & up to date.  You'll also be able to my latest fashion recommendations here.

In the meantime have a great couple of weeks & I'll be back soon.

  2. Oh wow, I do follow you on Instagram but I must have missed that post about your injury. I think the algorithm is making me miss a lot of posts, actually. Nevertheless, I hope you feel better soon, a pause is probably exactly a good thing, and take as much time as you need! I hope you are feeling better soon.
